The antique rope cup end is a clean, low-profile fitting designed to secure decking rope neatly against a wall, post, or fence. Its simple cup design allows the rope to sit flush to the surface, creating a tidy and professional finish for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Manufactured with a durable antique finish, this rope fitting is suitable for landscaping, stair ropes, barrier systems, and decorative rope features where a traditional appearance is required.

The cup end fixes securely using three screws (supplied), making installation quick and reliable on timber, masonry, or fencing.

Recommended Rope

For most decking and garden projects we recommend using Hardy Hemp Decking Rope, a synthetic rope designed to look like natural fibre while offering excellent weather resistance.
Unlike natural rope, it will not rot or biodegrade, making it ideal for outdoor use in all seasons.

These cup ends can also be used with other rope types, including coloured barrier rope and synthetic handrail rope.
